The experience has been terrifying because had visited for seeking help on closing credit card. The branch manager has called the VP of credit card team and it seemed like none of them have clear knowledge about processes of the bank which made me run from pillar to post for something which could have sorted with just a call to the right person.

This is the worst branch ever. It took them 12 days to open a simple savings account. The manager Tousif and his colleague came to our flat and spoke like a genuine people and vanished after all the money was paid. They are lazy to another level and require constant follow ups for each and every silly work. These people are spoiling reputation of HDFC bank. Pls do not transact in any manner in this branch.

If u can't take other bank cheque to pay tax..government Bank better then u hdfc I think so..

Looks like the employees are not interested in doing business or they are overworked to an extent that they don’t want to increase their work by providing any information. I visited for account conversion and the experience has been horrendous. Even though I wish to explicitly mention the name of the employee, for humanitarian reasons, not mentioning here. He does not have any intention to support customers. Starting from reception to the concerned employee, you will find a set of lousy people. Thank you HDFC for treating your 15 plus year loyal customer this way!!! Definitely a thumbs down!!!! Professionalism was at its lowest possible level……
