Yes, I am also one of the victims of this cheating company. All the reviews saying they won't send offer letters for candidates are true. I have attended 3 rounds of interview for SKF client for an android developer role, which was having immediate requirement. Interview process started on Feb 15th of 2024, and actually, they said this is immediate joining and asked me to join by Feb 28th. I cleared all the rounds and even HR discussion also happened, and they have taken all the required documents to release the offer letter. HR asked me to remove my profile from all job portals like Naukri and Linkedin. Today's date is 21st of March I did not recived any offer letter nor response from them. ACL Digital is a fraud company which plays with candidate time and life. Fraudesters that I met at this fraud company are Janagaraj (Hiring Manager who actually a Irresponsible person), Akanksha (HR, She has No professionalism, No Morale and No Ethics), and Harendra Singh (Senior HR who comes for Salary Discussion - Most dangerous and No proffessionalism). Don't ever give an interview to this company, if you give, finally like most of us, you will also get cheated. PS : Company itself shameless, they dont even bother about it's reviews

Worst payroll company. don't join here...currently working under the same payroll for reliance jio ...they will deduct your salary without any proper information ...if we say we can contact the higher management or superior level to the hr.then also they are not willing to give the information of the above contact.

Each resource is valued for their contribution to the growth of the company. Its been a great place to work specially due to the employee friendly environment.

They are not realising the offer letter since more then 2 months. And asked to share A to z documents. Now HR is saying the position has freezed. Don't waste your time by attending the interview. Worst experience.

Writing my personal experience. Pls don't join this company. For the worst laptop Lenovo, they have charged my one month salary for the damage cost. Very worst experience with this company. All people are money minded. They are ready to kick you out anytime. Please don't join here. Don't get trapped.
