We all desire either to study , live or travel abroad. When it comes to study and settling one hindrance is whom to trust as you don’t want your dream and hard earned money gone. We too had a dream of settling abroad and spoke with big fancy agents who hold seminars and sessions but somehow we did not feel positive one reason being our queries were not being answered instead their agents were like “ please go ahead with us and you’ll experience answers to all your questions “ I seriously did not understand this . Then a known acqua recommended Visawalk and asked me to speak with Rishab. The moment I stepped inside I felt positive vibes and when I sat down all my queries were answered. Expectation: Visawalk would handles all my Documents smoothly, with best experience to customer(me). Delivered: Visa successfully approved. Full attention after visa biometric appointment was booked. All documents in place. Visawalk additions to my application: hotel reservations, cover letter, Gift deed, day-wise itinerary. Improvements that can be made: Employee training (Chaya) : as she was unaware of a lot of details. Her training could be better. She had suggested me midway to change my country of application for Schengen and change itinerary. Though humans can make mistakes, this was her job as part of Visawalk. Nevertheless, Visawalk gave a better deliverable than others in the market.
