My experience with global edge regarding their visa processing services has been nothing short of a disaster. What began with assurances of a quick and seamless process quickly devolved into a nightmare of delays, miscommunication, and sheer incompetence. From the onset, it was evident that the company was not equipped to handle my application efficiently. Despite submitting all required documentation promptly, my visa processing was plagued by constant delays. Every time I reached out for an update, I was met with a frustrating lack of transparency and clarity. Their customer service was woefully unresponsive—emails often went unanswered for days, and when responses did come, they were generic and uninformative. The delays caused by their inefficiency were not just minor inconveniences. They had a significant impact on my personal and professional life. I missed critical deadlines, had to cancel and rebook flights, and faced substantial financial losses due to their inability to process my visa in a timely manner. Every delay was met with empty reassurances that everything was on track, yet no tangible progress was ever made. One of the most frustrating aspects was the company’s complete lack of accountability. There was no proactive communication to inform me of the reasons behind the delays or to offer any solutions. It felt as though my case was perpetually stuck with no one willing to take responsibility. Even escalating the issue to higher management yielded no results—my concerns were brushed aside, and I was left feeling utterly helpless. Moreover, their disregard for customer service was glaringly obvious. Phone calls were frequently routed to voicemail, and follow-up calls were rarely returned. When I did manage to speak with a representative, they seemed ill-informed about my case and offered little to no useful information. It was clear that my application was not a priority, and my frustrations were consistently met with indifference. In the end, the prolonged delays and lack of communication forced me to seek alternative solutions at additional cost. The entire experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I strongly advise anyone global edge for visa processing to look elsewhere. Their disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability make them an unreliable and frustrating choice. Do yourself a favor and find a more competent and responsive service provider to handle your visa needs. This company is simply not worth the hassle.

The representatives seemed disinterested in resolving my issues and offered no substantial updates on my application's progress. The impact of their inefficiency was significant. I missed several important deadlines and had to alter my travel plans multiple times, which resulted in additional expenses. The delays not only caused professional setbacks but also personal stress and inconvenience. When I sought clarity on why the process was taking so long, I received nothing but generic responses that did little to alleviate my concerns. I strongly advise anyone in need of visa processing services to look elsewhere. This company lacks the professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability necessary to handle such critical tasks. Save yourself the trouble and find a more competent service provider.
