If the organization doesn't believe that candidates' skills align with its requirements, it shouldn't prolong the interview process unnecessarily. I rearranged crucial meetings to accommodate the interview panel's schedule. Despite successfully completing two rounds of interviews with mid to senior-level staff, I was ultimately turned down in the third round, which was more managerial in nature, as the interviewer lacked sufficient knowledge in data science. Interestingly, she claimed to have 2.5 years of experience in the field, while I had 8 years. This incident dates back to July 2021, around three years ago. In hindsight, I consider myself fortunate not to have received an offer. However, it would have been more understandable if I had been rejected in favor of a candidate with significantly more experience, say, 15 years. This experience felt entirely unjust.

The work atmosphere is conducive to productivity and the management is inspiring. I am particularly satisfied with the tasks, responsibilities, and work that I have been assigned. Searce provides ample opportunities for career growth and learning. The environment is hygienic, and the people are friendly and supportive. The senior management is approachable and treats everyone like friends. Employees are given the freedom to choose their career paths and are provided with technical sessions, medium blogs, certificates, and exposure to various projects, including client-facing ones. The company’s primary focus is on the GCP platform, and employees receive end-to-end learning in this regard. The work culture is excellent, and team members are helpful. The office location is convenient, and learning opportunities are abundant, including certification programs.
