The worst experience from a customer service perspective. I had applied for my parents US visa renewal with them in May 2023. They took all the payment upfront and then I had to do continuous follow up for each step. They would not respond after multiple reminders, cut calls and extremely rude. They put wrong address in the address where the passport was to be delivered and were unapologetic about it - they said the apartment complex is correct so does not matter. When the passport was never delivered, they said it is Hyderabad and I need to send someone to collect. If they do, they will charge additional money while the fault was theirs. Finally I had to send a friend in Hyderabad to collect the passport physically. Please avoid these people completely.

Applied for a visa through them. There were some challenges due to my complicated itinerary, which Meghna helped overcome. Arun was very patient with submitting our documents and providing explanations to VFS despite delays from VFS side. Throughout the process, Meghna was transparent and kept me fully updated. Moreover, due to some error in VFS, tracking information was not available. Meghna was very proactive, kind and patient and took the time to call the consulate/VFS for updates. I liked the fact that their team was took it upon themselves to resolve any challenges that came up. I received a multiple year visa eventually.
