Worst servise from Annaagar Poorvika home appliances i hv got TAWA for 1300 and damaged item full discolouration wen I cooked and I hv informed this ppl in Poorvika also that o dnt want this product plz exchange with some other item ..one Grl cordinated in watapp and told ok plz send the item she wil get refund or replacement of other item Now aftr 15days followup she said no mam our servise person servise it I dnt kw in tawa serves they will do its not electronic item but Worst experience plz dnt buy anything cookware items all damaged items

Don't buy any home appliances in poorvika. I bought o general 1.5 ton ac exchange with 1 ton o general ac.They told me ac will be delivered next day and installed same day. But exchange item only removed next and new ac delivered after 5 days next day installed. We have called 32 times to get my product. They gave demo one model and delivered different model and they convinced me after long argument. Ac working worst than air cooler. My previous 1ton ac was better. Totally we struggled one week for worst product. Poorvika is fit for home appliances. I suggest you to go some other home shop... Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

We are happy that we saved about Rs.3000/-. The salespersons were committed to great service and were very friendly. They suggested purchasing accessories but they didn't compel us.
