Bad service experience, receptionists are treating new students badly, by looking down on people asking question on enquiry and are not very service oriented and explaining key things impatient staff and expecting to pay up cash upfront...ideally not very service minded people serving one of the most service dependent industries!! Charging money on the go on every single you couldnt think of like transfers to different batch, rewatching videos , not taking criticism healthily, and not responding to negative reviews, not responding to customer enquiry mails or student enquiry mails on time ...so essentially giving a bad service is negative experince in person I received!!!

Saravanan sir will never finish portions on time and he will give recorded classes to finish portions But he has time to attend every ksa marvel to attract students to join into ks academy,If you are a above average student and you need a faculty support then this academy is not for you.

They will never finish portions on time.. the owner Saravanan will promise things but will NEVER EVER finish portions.. Don't get fooled by their SAP it is never useful or helpful they will never ask questions like that in the main icai exam.. I got fooled by them twice and i realised it later which was really really painful for me.. Out of my own interest please choose a better academy.. I could give 0 starts so had to give one
