Best yoga and meditation classes in Prayagraj. I would definitely recommend SPC Yoga Centre in Prayagraj to anyone interested in learning yoga from very basics. I like the flexibility which is offered in terms of days and timings and also the punctuality and regularity. They also do Diabetes & Thyroid reversal by Yoga & diet.

I enjoy the yoga classes held by Pandey ji at Company baugh, Allahabad. The combination of Yoga and Gita (which he delivers beautifully) is beautiful. The Surya namaskar we do every day has been extremely beneficial
