The experience at the store was quite good. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Miss Dipika Rana. She was very helpful in making our selections of jewellery. Out of the vast collection her suggestions made it easier for us choose the jewellery.

I’m extremely happy with Tanishq as always….have been a happy and trusted customer since decades. This store at Shivaranjani, Ahmedabad has been a special place for all my regular and special collections whenever I’m in Ahmedabad. The sales person Mr Pramit Shrimali has always attended me with so much of passion and sincerity. I would especially like to mention the detail with which he finds out each and every product code even when I give him a design out of the blues and takes immense effort in even sourcing some designs from other stores across India. A very helpful person indeed and makes my shopping experiences at Tanishq very homely. Thank you Pramit

It was our first time visiting Tanishq and the service was not acceptable. We asked to see an item and were sent to the first floor. We got to first floor and nobody came to help nor were we made aware of where to go. After some time, Jagruti started showing us pieces, however to no interest at all and was not not even speaking of the jewelry. After, we wanted to see another item and were told by her to go to another section and she’ll meet us. We were waiting all while she was laughing it up with a colleague. We left as our interest in seeing jewelry was not being taken seriously. I suggest other stores as they were showing us a wide selection of items one after the other and actually explaining the pieces individually. I am sure this Tanishq location has other sales people that are super helpful but we did not receive that.

A very pleasant shopping experience . Pooja Vyas - the sales officer here - patiently guided us through making the necessary selection for the things we wanted to buy here - all with a smile . Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend the store
