A kind of okay-okay. I did my payment for h1b drop box on Oct29th almost and they scheduled me appointment on Dec17th in Mumbai, not CHENNAI. Where as other agents were able to do get me appointments in 2-3 weeks in CHENNAI, as I payed them upfront early so I did stayed with them. As like others said, after payment is done we need to keep pushing them to get the things happen. They did said will try to reschedule my appointment, but no positive sign at all. I don’t see them proactive! Also as per my experience I believe they do work on working hours only, so they will get you appointments which are available when they are available, but others work 24*7 or think so. All the Best!!

Polite and Precise. They tell and guide us in a very good manner. However they give all false commitments. Money oriented. Once you make the payment they will not bother you atall and you need to keep following them for updates. And if you don't make the payment they will do follow up for the payment alone. I had worst experience in association with them.

A great place for all kinds of visas. Especially had an amazing experience with USA visa. There was a lot of confusion and misinformation about consulate closures and types of visa that was being processed by consulates in India. The team at Visaways provided accurate and verified information, helped me book my drop box appointment and then secure visa without any hassle. Would highly recommend 👌👌

We asked Visaways to consult our In-laws visa procedure for Germany. The amount of support or consulting offered to them during their visit was below the par. The package promised to us for the price we gave was: To help them in fulfilling the needed forms, fixing the appointment and basic consulting. But we filled all the forms and needed documents of our own. Plus we called and fixed VFS appointment ourselves. In the fact, Visaways told the false information that, VFS will be OFF during indian pooja holidays (which was not true). The only support or service that they did for our money was arranging the documents(Which we made ready) in order. As whole Visaways - Not anymore !!

I approached them for my parents schengen visa. I prepared all the documents and asked them only to verify it and get an early visa appointment. They dint do either of it and charged us price for doing nothing. They are also not clear about Schengen visa details and give us many false answers. I would never recommend them for any visa assistance.
