Just because the booking is made towards the end of the day, the hotel staff have given a poor quality of room with a non-functional AC in a corner room. Overpriced for the quality and no compensation paid to the customer. In an ideal scenario, if a solo women traveller is checking in at 12AM and so late in the midnight, the hotel should be more considerate in providing her with the best room and service.

This is my 2nd trip to Hyderabad. My earlier experience with Holiday Inn Hotel was not good. But Golkonda Hotel I like the most. Since I am in traveling job so generally travel PAN INDIA and stay in decent hotels only but this Hotel is superb. Hotel Rooms are fantastic. Room service is just in time type. Food Quality is good. Especially Breakfast menu is ultimate. Toilet accessories are very impressive. Staff is so polite and helpful.

Fairly standard Indian hotel room. Bed was nice as comfortable and room was clean and tidy. Located right next to a busy road and the sound of this made it difficult to sleep. Others on the other side of the hotel didn't have the same problem. Breakfast was fairly average.
