I'm extremely happy , OTTOs have arranged for the required teacher within 2-3 days. Very much happy with their service.

I enrolled on their app as a tutor for Hindi & English and all the leads they send is of every other subject except Hindi & English. I finally texted them and asked the same to which they obviously did not reply but sent me a lead for Hindi, English and other subjects as usual. I checked the timing for the tuition and decided i cannot take it due to to the timing as I have another student who comes home during the same time. They text me back with a ?(how unprofessional). I texted them back saying the timings will not work to which they texted "OK." Texting with just ?/ok is just too much to take. It just shows their false superiority. I have worked as an educator and customer care for more than 15yrs and their way of communication cannot get more worse. There is zero respect given to the people they deal with. Everyone needs everyone. No one is doing a favour to anyone here. Better OTTO realizes is before they go down the Byjus road. This is the problem with Indian leadership. Zero humility. I'm sure the person reading my texts is a living breathing human being who can text beyond "ok." I mean, how annoyingly unprofessional can you get?

They promised to change the turor ,if the tutor is not regular and extracted money based on this commitment. But they didn't keep the word. They are not recieving calls and not keeping commitment. So they are not professional and just a fraud.
