Excellent store with good variety of collections. Staff is very friendly, supportive and mainly they are too patient enough to address all customer queries.

Worst service ever; I regret not going with Bajaj instead of Reliance because they won't fulfill the fictitious promises you guys made. Your salesperson is excellent when closing deals, but after that they stopped talking to each other and wouldn't even return calls after promising to install an air conditioner in two days. It's been three days and yet nothing has arrived. Your service team was supposed to arrive by 11 a.m., but as of 6 p.m., no man has yet to show up. The customer care crew is also good at following up, but they haven't delivered on their promises. They say the installation will be finished by tonight, but when questioned when, they can't say. False swearing! Be truthful.

I wish there was an option to give a ZERO rating. Shopping in this store has been my most disappointing and horrendous experience ever. They never stand by their delivery dates. They have a bunch of jokers working there who have no coordination with their storage facility. Their standard answer when asked about the whereabouts of the product is "Nothing has been updated in the system yet". They don't even put an effort in calling up their own team members and expect us to wait for days together. The standard answer they have is "Sir, we don't want to cause any difficulty to the customers", but the irony is that's what exactly they do, causing an extremely terrible experience to the customers. These guys are FRAUD, please restrain yourself from giving them any business. These idiots need to be kicked out of business, because of their unprofessional behaviour.

I purchased LLOYD AC from reliance Shivam road branch. Experience is bad, promised that delivery and installation (paid extra within the price) will be done with in 3 days (sales executive told it may be done within 1 day also ). It's been more than 4 days, no installation has happened and on calling store multiple times, person lifting phone responds very arrogantly and irresponsible.

We had such a worst experience at reliance digital showroom Shivam road. I would have given zero star's if option was available. We have purchased 2 prestige 4 burn stove, they have made us to pay complete payment first but didn’t delivered single stove. The sales girl I don’t know her name she is No sign of common sense, no sign of value shown to customers time, first she told only one product is available at store and one is at warehouse which will be delivered tomorrow. After a long wait time and internal chats, they got to know that the box piece is empty at store. Before payment we asked her to check whether the stove is available or not, she refused to check going upstairs after making the payment they told us both the stoves will be delivered tomorrow. What kind of irresponsible staff you have ? Is this the way you treat your costumer’s? And the main thing there is a offer on this product if we pay extra 500 we can get a smart watch, which she didn’t tell us earlier. when we looked at the poster we got to know that there was a offer and we checked with the manager then she told the offer is available for you. After paying extra 1000 for both the stove they haven’t delivered a single watch. Now they are saying stock is not available. Asked us to wait for 2-3 days even after the wait they’re saying the same thing. First they’ll make you to pay the complete payment then they’ll come with all lame excuses. This is #cheating #reliancedigital NOTE: Either you provide us the watch or return back the extra amount we paid I.e 1000 + 500 discount on each product total 2000.
