Kaustubh, Deep & Ryan -- all that these people do is try to sell you new products as a "solution" to your issues. "Something is not working properly, buy this product and it will be fine in six months." "Have an issue? This product will solve it." Utterly useless.

Only know to upsell, been struggling with wrong OTP for a month now, being a corporate acco holder I would rather move my account to another bank , where I can use the services they provide, unlike axis who provide you with unnecessary services and no solutions to your problems.
