Don't come here unless you want to waste your time. This bank promises things and then uses "internal policies" to shy away from them. The manager is useless and all they do is make you fill forms and send emails. In the end, nothing happens. Good job, Ryan the manager.

Kaustubh, Deep & Ryan -- all that these people do is try to sell you new products as a "solution" to your issues. "Something is not working properly, buy this product and it will be fine in six months." "Have an issue? This product will solve it." Utterly useless.

Only know to upsell, been struggling with wrong OTP for a month now, being a corporate acco holder I would rather move my account to another bank , where I can use the services they provide, unlike axis who provide you with unnecessary services and no solutions to your problems.
