The assistant of Dr.M.Maitra doesn't maintain the que as per token number. From front desk to back desk they are very slow except few stuff.

There is a very long wait time the staff persons give preference and helps their own customer to go ahead and make the patient wait for long hours to get the chance and the management structure is very poor

Not at all satisfied. Dr didnot gave the power also only written for eye surgery. Money minded with rude behavior. Waste of Rs 400.

Very bad behaviour of front desk,not at all work efficient,patient is also taken upstairs and downstairs multiple times. Extremely unprofessional. Dr.Sandeep Mitra is an excellent doctor,no issues with him.
