I joined for martial art practice and I practiced as per instructions of the master bandi Chandrashekar in morning and evening, I then nearly after 6 month I was well versed in basic kick boxing I was able to kick at a speed of 123 kicks per minute thanks for teaching such an beautiful art by the master who is an guniness world record holder, it was best time in my life
