This institution's performance has been deeply disappointing on multiple fronts. Firstly, the classes are irregular, causing disruptions and hindrances to our learning process. Secondly, the staff's lack of responsiveness exacerbates the situation, as inquiries and concerns often go unanswered or unaddressed. Moreover, in online classes, the restriction on unmuting ourselves severely limits interactive participation, stifling the potential for meaningful engagement and learning. Overall, the experience has been far from satisfactory and does not justify the investment of time or resources. It is evident that this institution falls short of providing the quality education it promises, making it an option not worth considering.
