When I joined, I was told that I am joining as an educational trainer. On the first day of my joining, I was told that the company has some projects in hand for which we are being hired. That project will start very soon . After a few days, I was asked what is the use of studying for this training, if I don't have a son, who will I teach? It is completely a fraud. In this way, the job role cannot become sales. From a proper rule of everything. I did not have any problem making calls and still do not. I will work if you pay me. But I was given a target to bring students. Almost by force. Which is not possible for me because I am not used to it. Or I am not here to make a sales call. And if told earlier (in interview or the time of joining). I would not have joined because I will get more salary by doing a sales job in any other place and I have that offer too. The work culture of that organization is so bad that people do not know how to respect people. Seniors should train juniors in the proper way. That's what it should be but some people don't know how to deal with an employee or a newly joined employee. The experience of working in this organization is very unfortunate for me.

After I left the company, I was being pressured to delete the review because I told the truth in the Google review. The operational head of their top level management should bring fresh management degree. So that they must learn the subject of employee's satisfaction even if they do not understand the subject of behavior under management, they need to at least memorize it. And before pressuring again to delete the review, it is very important to keep my qualification in mind. I would do anything to keep myself safe .If it has a bad impact on the company, I will not have any responsibility

This is actually a target based telecalling job . This is completely fraud. Officially they are looking for a trainer buy in deep down the the job role is became a telesales executive after 1 month of joining

It is a great organization. I don't know why someone just spread some fake news . It is great option as a fresher.
