I have been working for Ratan Sir for last four months and it's been an incredible experience. He is a very responsible man and respects his employees. He never let his employees bother with unnecessary stuff and maintains good relations with them.

We hired ratan for a long term relation but ended up ending the work in 3 months due to unavailability of him to address our concerns, he is not available on whatsapp or phone or email and when we are deploying per day cost such attitude is very costly for the client. He seems to have the knowledge but his communication is pathetic.

We had contracted Ratan to manage all forms of our paid advertisements for three months on trial basis. However, we ended up ending the contract in 2 month's time because I often found him unavailable and the approach was not proactive. The interest shown by him in the project varied, so I got a feeling that he is swamped with work and is having trouble managing all the clients. The matter is of priorities. We were looking for someone with more hands-on approach who kinda pushed us faster and further, and that was not the case here. However, Ratan did seem to have all the required knowledge to maintain and run digital ads across Fb & GA and some of his ideas did bring results. We hoped to have a long-term working relationship, but unfortunately that didn't happen.

Brilliant man with proven logic and ideas for business. He can boost your business sales or leads (But only if it is ethical) 😉
