I processed my PR applications through Zephyrvisa. The overall support I received from them was fantastic. They were mostly very receptive to my calls and emails. There were a couple of areas where I expected slightly better support, especially during the final stages of filing my application. Otherwise, I was thoroughly satisfied with their service. I had 3 case managers across my customer journey but it was Guru from Zephyrvisa who was the differentiator. He was extremely diligent and patient with me and the research from his side for any customer queries stood out. I think I was lucky to have interacted with him. I would like to thank Zephyrvisa for their services and I expect continued support from them going forward.

Finally we recieved our PR grant letter. We were very happy to have Zephyrvisa as an immigration consultant. They are very professional right from the beginning. Finally received the grant today for Aus PR. My journey with Zephyr Visa started in 2017 when i initially contacted them for finding out the details in July 2017. Initially it was Swetha who was my case manager till i filled my EOI then came the star person Mr. Guru. He was truly professional till the end and I'm so happy that he was my case manager. I received my invitation in Sep 2018 and I have insisted him to file the application on Oct 11th. Even though it was his cousins marriage that day he came to office to file my application and he was very polite throughout. Truly deserved the credit. Thanks once again .

It was a very good journey with Zephyrvisa. Eventhough it took very long time to get my PR to Australia, the guidance and clarity on documents given by them was good. In my case, I faced upon 3 case managers, where each one is very helpful and very clear on what we should do in every step. I got prompt response everytime when I call them for any calrification. One problem I faced is at the time of making visa payment, where I am forced to pay huge amount using single credit card. Zephyrvisa is not helpful on that time instead their response was somehow you try to get credit card with outstanding of that huge amount. Apart from that, there is enough support from them. Finally I got my PR and was happy to see. Anyway thanks for Rahil from Zephyrvisa with whom we had our final journey.
