This has happened very recently. The classes were going to start from Monday and I got the information about it on Saturday night and called the management on Sunday to know about the details. The first class was starting around 7 am or 7.30 am (don't remember the exact time) and I reached there early in the morning only to get myself tortured for money. I understand that all institutions need money to run it in the first place but they also need to understand the situation. It was early Monday morning I couldn't to go bank the previous day because it was Sunday and banks don't work on Sundays. I tired explaining the same to the management to which she replied very rudely. Firstly she did not inform me that a minimum amount has to be paid even if you want to step inside the class because most of the institutes be it online or offline give one or 2 demo classes. I was ready to transfer money from paytm but they didn't have paytm. I also kept telling her that I will pay the entire amount the very next day because I was willing to take 2 subjects and she kept looking at me like I was there to rob their money. This institute is purely money minded. They just pressurize students for fees the moment you enter the building. I have been taking coaching at other places as well and I have never come across such rude and unprofessional management.

This institute doesn't deserve a one star rating too as it sucks in all the aspects. The interaction with the receptionist who happens to be the primary contact itself turns out to be terrible. She doesn't provide the necessary information to students for enrollment procedure and is instead rude. You can't expect a bit of empathy from any of the staff from this institute including the faculty as they are too commercial to prioritise education. You will not be allowed into the class in case of non payment of nominal fee for registration which is obviously not communicated to the students. The admin person would demand for the money as soon as you step into the institute not acknowledging the fact that we're students and wouldn't have such money to pay the coaching fees. Classes never happen on time and students should simply wait for the faculty to arrive. Can we not expect a bit of punctuality from the one who teaches? No concepts are really taught here. As per the questions printed in the material a gist of the content would be explained. Due to lockdown, part of the syllabus couldn't be taught in the physical class. And they took months to decide to provide online classes provided when students began pleading. There are students loyal to this institute and the faculty doesn't give a damn about their faith. Students kept waiting for an information regarding online classes. When asked for the same a faculty uploads an aggressive acknowledgement on YouTube to respond to students. Finally when video lectures are forwarded they have limited time period to watch and otherwise not available on the YouTube channel of the institute or faculty. And the quality of coaching! I don't have to mention that as there is nothing noteworthy. Part of Practical subjects haven't been taught up until now for the same excuse that it's impossible to teach the same online. Are we not accessing online lectures and live classes by ICAI and ICSI who are successfully offering coaching for all the subjects? Students who have paid money have lost their hopes in the faculty as classes are no longer expected from them. And yes ofcourse the institute won't refund the money once you have paid. No matter they have finished the syallabus or not. Faculty isn't of the mindset to provide students with quality education but is simply concerned about the fees. Obviously you can't expect any insights for preparation too or encouragement to remain focused. Lastly my friends and I regret joining this institute as we lost the fees we paid.

Teaching is Excellent. Rahul Ranka Sir is one of the best faculty in Hyderabad. However the Staff at the reception is too commercial. They expect you to pay the full fee on Day 1. If that is the case they should inform us in advance which they don't. Continuous calls for fee also makes the student uncomfortable. The Front desk must really improve in aspect of dealing with students.
