I am living here past 5 months. Very quite and peaceful atmosphere. On the lake front.. my family enjoy the nature here. One concern is the connecting road condition to OMR which is not favoring.
Wonderful place. Looks nice but road leading to villa is narrow with lots of potholes. Very close to Oggiyam Lake. Few villa still available.
Very pleasant place. Lot of greenery around. 24/7 security. All individual lakeside villas.
Very nice and calm residential place. Only flipside is the approach to the property. Villas are beautifully constructed.
The villas were ok..general maintenance, especially the entrance can surely be better
