Recently i was on a trip to Andaman. I booked the trip through EaseMyTrip and made 100% payment in advance. After I made the payment, the travel agent, Danish Mohammad, stopped receiving my calls. I called their customer care but even they just noted my complaints and did nothing. After much follow up and emails to the customer care. The travel agent sent me the hotel confirmation voucher and flight tickets. After I landed to Andaman nobody came to pick me up. I tried calling EaseMyTrip customer care, but they said that I had not booked a cab with them (though it was part of the complete package). I had to struggle with my mom, wife and 2 years old son. After much try, i finally booked a taxi and went to the hotel on my own expense. Even in the hotels that were booked for my stay, the agent had not made payment, hence I had to stay in the reception area for around 4 hours along with my family. The travel agent, Danish Mohammad, did not bother to receive my calls. Finally after much requests and calls to EaseMyTrip customer care, the hotel people allowed my to check in after 4 hours. The hotel people said that these agents always do that. They do not make payments to the hotel, even if the customer has already paid them full. They allowed me to check in only after EaseMyTrip made the payment. It was very embarrassing for me to stay in the hotel lobby for 4 hours with my baggage and family. The similar payment issue happened in other hotels that I stayed in the trip. I would want people to be aware of such travel scams these travel agents run. When we go on a trip we family, we have invested a lot of money, time and energy. After making all the payments in advance, the only thing that we want is peace of mind while traveling. Hence, i request my fellow travellers to be cautious against such travel companies, specially, EaseMyTrip. They spend a lot of money of marketing to attract us. But we should not fall prey to such false marketing.

The hiring procedure is really informal. They will do your interviews and go over other business information. HR will negotiate the joining date and remuneration if you are chosen, but they will then abruptly inform you that the post has been placed on hold. Thus, there is no opening for that specific role. Highly ludicrous. Spending time doing interviews with such organizations is not worth it.

Two days before,I have approach to the company, Company security guard has become manager ,Not allowing to enter inside a company,Because of not having a Reference in that company,After that I mail to them ,No response from them , Ultimately closing my issue . No call comes from ease my trip . In future I shall not be using their services . If you fully intend to hire only reference candidate, people use boycott their services.

This Dubai trip was a great experience. It would not have been possible without your team's support, every time you informed us according to the itinerary, which made it possible for us to visit each and every place,you guys are really a genuine people and very transparent about everything sooner I will plan next destination with easemytrip Asso I would like to thank Neha and her team (Easemytrip).

Refund issued by them on 4th Oct for cancelled tkt not credited to my acct. They say Razorpay is holding up. RAZORPAY denies.. i am writing to them and theybgive std reply we are following with merchant and will update
