My wife worked as a designer for six months, such a worst place to work. The management always puts pressure on the employees. The salary is the credible thing here, never pay on time to their employees and most of the time they give the salary as two splits. No salary increment as promised. Every month they've been recruiting employee but no one stays a minimum three months. Having only a few clients, unmatured work culture, no proper project management team and the employee alone handles the clients themselves. sometimes employees (even female) go and meet the clients to get the requirements. When you joined they will add your WhatsApp number in all their client groups and you should chat with the clients directly even in late night and weekend. I've suggested my wife to join this company because of their ratings and review but inside nothing to appreciate. all good reviews are given by their families and friends.

Bleap is thorough and professional in its approach. They would first understand and do research on your business and market, and then would come out with an actionable marketing plan. The Founder, Neeraj got personally involved in the formation of plan for our job and monitored it closely till it got traction. Needless to say, I got better results than expected. Would strongly recommend Bleap to anyone- a startup who wants to leapfrog into a competitive market, or an established player who would like to increase its share in the market.

Paid them the half amount of what was agreed upon and never worked , Romi from Bleap digital was assigned as the social media marketer and he failed to follow up with the work, wasted time effort and money. Please chose a better agency for your money!
