Pros The Culture, transparency are incomparable. The people in your team make it a great place to work. The company culture is open fostering transparency of work. Startup Work Culture. If you want corner job (excel type) than this company is not for you. If you want to push your limit, than you are at right place Cons Sometimes it feels like it is a bit too transparent. But one has to learn and unlearn a lot from their previous companies.

Tevatron Technologies, is company working mainly in the field of Chip Design and Manufacturing… I have did 6 Weeks of Industrial Training there in the field of VLSI chip design in Verilog and FPGA development… I must say they have a very very good website (better than the company itself is!), if you want to know more go to their website. After I reach Noida sector 16 Metro Station, The company’s building was close by, but actually the building wasn’t owned by the company. The company owned a part of third floor and a small part of basement in the building. We were provided training in the basement. Its a pain to go by stairs but there are 2 working lifts. I met most of the employees and Management there. The Engineer who was allotted to us to provide us training was OK ( he often got stuck while programming but we together with him find the solution next day! ). The Engineer who was allotted to teach Embedded Systems next door was worst (Even students complained about their teacher and eventually teacher was changed, new teacher was much better). [ So, Its a small company, easy to reach, quick in managing things, low in strength of employees and employers, with skills of engineers there being just above average] There I did my training in a company for the first time, so one of the thing i learned was that people in Industry are not really friends (specially people with higher authority). Some people there were mean to me like Why are you standing here? including my own teacher who even called me ‘pagal’, he would become angry whenever i ask doubt (others never asked doubts for the same reason), I cannot sit on chair like I used to in my home (my posture should be correct!), still some people were kind. Will I go there again for Training? Maybe, They are even offering FREE! 6 months training. There was around 3–5 Batches of Industrial Training with each batch consisting of 5–10 students in VLSI. Still there was only one! FPGA board available in the company. After 4 weeks of training, students stopped coming and Teacher stopped attending class. Just like any other Training Institute they didn’t stood on the words they used while advertising their Training (We didn’t make any project but we made many programs). [ So, the company lacks required number of some development tools, Company offers too many trainings ( If you are an employee there, you are a teacher also ), the company is an opportunity to learn more and get experience] Was I satisfied with the Training? Yes! he taught just enough Was my decision for training there correct? Maybe! but the quality of training was better than other training institutes who eventually just fools students and provide bad quality education, the training was satisfactory but not thrilling Do I want to work there after my graduation? No Why I go there at the first place? To improve my knowledge and experience and Training cost very cheap Rs.5800. Was I happy there? No, it wasn’t socially friendly environment for me, even abusing, I wouldn’t want to see face of my teacher again. I wouldn’t like to stuck in there for long. [ So, your internship will be satisfactory and knowledgeable enough but may not excite you or make you happy ] This is my friends review

Really nice coworkers in general. Interesting and smart people - the best thing about the company.Great culture and atmosphere. We like to pride ourselves not just on smart people but really nice and collaborative people as well.STARTUP CULTURE. People doing politics and timepass should not choose this company. It is a great work environment with a lot of potential to learn new things and build a career. Sky is the limit as you are free to bring creativity and productivity in work you are doing.

Best in STM32 ARM Training, Sensor based at Tevatron Technologies, Patiala. They make u learn the embedded project life cycle they are great. Learning is brilliant Brilliant atmosphere and brilliant people. I would rate them very high for their professionalism. Moreover their level of training's are unique and one can contact Mr. Sachit Goyal for it. Really nice to be associated with Tevatron Technologies in patiala branch. I have undergone a 6 month training with them on VLSI Chip verification and had a great exposure and industrial handson on system verilog and verification methodologies. My mentor has given me all help and support in making me ready for the semiconductor industry. Special to Mr. Sanchit Goyal who helped to join Tevatron Technologies.
