Pathetic branch. Cash deposit machine never works here. I am ICICI Bank customer for 25 years. Never seen such a bad service. ICICI Management, can you stop wasting your customers time?! Most of us take time out and come here believing we can deposit cash during off business hours. We do not want any reply from digital marketing team. Take some action to make cash deposit machine work, at least 50% time.

Very worst customer support from ICICI. They suddenly increased my account minimum Ballance to Rs25000 and charged me Rs 1200 for non maintaining Acc balance. No SMS sent for the fee charged, you can see that only in statement. Every one is irresponsible and they are not willing to refund single penny, even after multiple calls to customer care. It looks they only charge fee and no option to reverse it.As a customer, im afraid to continue the relationship with ICICI

I foreclosed a personal loan here. Not bad, told me about the paperwork without any delay and I spent a total of 15 mins only.

This bank and the incompetence of their employees cost me Rs. 7,000. Please beware, the employees made false promises and lied to me on my face, multiple times. When I asked them to provide whatever they said in writing, they said they will, but they didn't bother even after multiple reminders. Special mention to Mr. Thivakaran for being an absolutely incompetent disaster to work with. He was personally responsible for my loss and all the employees of this branch, including the regional head were of no help. The ICICI helplines, Twitter customer care etc - all channels of the bank were of no help. I'd advise anyone to carefully consider all other options before stepping foot into this branch of ICICI Bank. For your own mental and financial peace, avoid this branch like the plague.

I have been operating my savings account in this branch for almost 2 decades. My experience with the staff during these 20 years has been great. During my last visit to the bank, there was a slight delay to take a DD as I had visited during the lunch hour. When I was about to start my bike the security suddenly came and started treating me like a criminal. He was telling me that my bike was parked for a long time in front of the bank and I was not a bank customer. I tried to explain that it took some time to collect the DD , but he said I visited a hotel next door and i was lying.This arrogant behaviour was a rude shock to me. Hope the management puts some sense in such outsourced people. My statement can be verified from the cctv footage of the bank.
