Once you paid, they will not answer the call, I paid Rs 5190/- for Super TET on 10 July 2019. Then first they issued one login and password when i login, I didn't get course further i complaint on then they issued new login id and password on 12 July 2019. That time they load we had to attend web classes. Suddenly without information, they removed courses from web, then again i called them and chandra Institute representative told that you can continue the courses on chandra app. When i login, there was no purchased course. I complaint 5th June, 23 rd June, 15 July, 16 July, 17 July, 17 Aug, 18 Aug, 19 Aug, 20 Aug and today 26th Aug 2020. Every time they tell that within 24 hours problem will be resolved. But until now no body resolved the issue.

Worst in app experience.. I have purchased course for BIHAR 7th PHASE teacher batch in the news paper they said you will be given lecture notes, practice set blah blah blah.. But in the app nothing such as being given... Leave that they don't even write which topic is being taught in which class, they just write class 1 2 3 you will have to open each and every class for the topic you have doubt in.. Called many times to their customer support for this simple thing but nothing happens I mean if we have to study by spending half of our time searching topics then why should we purchase any course ?? everything is being taught free on YouTube I AM WRITING THIS IN A HOPE THAT THIS MESSAGE REACHES VAGESH SIR AND HE TAKES SOME ACTION.. Dear sir there is no doubt you have the best teachers and they teaches very well but these small things are making our study more complicated.. If you fix these issues I am sure we as student will have a great result and you will have a excellent business 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Very bad experience... Receptionist behaviour is very very bad, she doesn't know any thing. she cant able to give answer of any question. please don't take admission in any course. My experiance is very bad for UPTET. i request to admin of institute , please talk to his Receptionist regarding her behavior, her behavior is very bad. she doesn't know how to talk.

Very bad management. No body responsible. No one class on time. All are late ya cancelled without any information. Students in waiting but no body answer. No notes available. Total froud with students. On Youtube showup but once you pay no body ask you.
