One of the finest society in Noida Extension. It was supposed to be budget society but after 5 years of possession the value of flats is appreciating and some flats can be as much as 1 crore. The construction quality is awesome and all other amenities are better than societies in vicinity.

Beautifully designed and good construction quality (could be better). Park side as well as road side views, both are excellent. Big society (2550 flats) having spacious open area. recommended. nearby locality is yet to be developed. However, I feel thats gonna be fully developed within 3-4 years. Maintenance team and civil guys are a big head-ache hence one less star for their attitude. I have shifted in this society 2 months back.on the date writing this post I gave it 5 stars based on the look and ambience..later I reduced 1 star due to poor support of maintenance team and construction quality.. Now based on my living experience I am again reducing one more star due to low level support from maintenance and civil team staff

Good construction quality and i liked the open area in this project surrounded by towers. Despite having more than 2500 flats, this project doesn't feel crowded.

Good location and good quality apartments with all amenities

This is the best society in greater noida extension It has supermarket, gym, swimming pool, indoor games zone and park etc. Love this place 😍
