I have personal problem with the name British park, after cruel British empire and their atrocities on us Indians , I personally have great resentment for them thus I want to put out my anger here for the same. I hate Britishers for enslaving India, dividing India and will not support anything related to it even named after it.

British park is residential park... Far away from the city and it's traffic....it has houses in nature, a huge township with all facilities to live peacefully... The only drawback is the distance from the city area, Safe and Sound, clean & cultured, "Beautiful Property".

We were interested in two plots at British Park and started discussing with them and before the execution of the registered agreement we gave them 22.3 lakh inr. From the beginning their approach wasn't customer centric.There were some issues in terms of your customer service as a whole. We requested several times for the measurement of the plot, but we never received a clear response, we wanted to discuss the clauses of the allotment letter and sale deed as they didn't clarified any timing for road construction etc, but there never was any feedback. We were informed in the beginning some different dimensions & total plot area and later we were informed that the plot area is actually larger. We thought that it will get better at some point. However, it was mistake to continue with them. Fortunately, later we had take a step back before finalizing the resgistered agreement, due to personal unforseen circumstances. More issues started when we asked our money back. I said fortunately, because we are happy that we didn't continue with such selling party. More than a month passed since we informed them and only false verbal promises from them but no money. We sent several mails, called them, asked them several times that at least they can give a firm timeline but then slowly they even stopped acknowleding our calls and mails. As if we are not important while they hold our money. With all the respect , stay away from these guys. It's a total charade, it's a scam. Please keep your hard earned money safe from such organisations. They are not professional in their approach, they don't see you as customer but only a source of income and their management seems very negligent towards their customers. A humble advice, please don't fall for the trap of these builders as we did, you are the customer and their business runs from your hard earned money. Put yourself on the top as a customer and make your choices carefully. Choose the right partners.

Worst experience of property in whole city. Mr Shrivastava, who boasts himself to be attorney holder, is clueless about the property or rather, he is interested in selling his chosen plot/flat only. Have no ettiquetes to talk to customer, rather he bluntly states "to buy property somewhere else"...and things like " I would have shooed you guys away if..." We were so embarassed that we did'nt even wished to see the property after discussion. Overall, worst and pathetic experience. Wish could have given zero stars to the property and so called 'attorney holder'
