I have been taking tuition from this place online. Two times it suggested me- Mr. Amit, teaching wbcs. Charged me Rs 2000/- per month with horrific quality of notes and very unprofessional behaviour. Teaching is a part of "service industry" so one should behave in a manner that is civilised. Another time I got a management teacher, whose name I will disclose ina few days of he does not keep the terms of his contract. The contract was to complete my Management notes within 3 months starting September. More than 5 months have passed and I see no responsibility on his part. Instead it seems he is interested only in charging a hefty amount ( Rs 3500/- p.m), no personal one to one class, no picking up of phone in case of need, not a single online class taken till date. Still I was putting up with the behaviour since I expected him to atleast complete the syllabus.

Total fraud they simply charge for package and not even provide any single lead total fraud and waste of money
