I had issues with the bank in the past, but over the last two years, the services have significantly improved. The credit for this improvement goes to the bank manager, Mr. Saikat Mandol. He is one of the most competent, well-behaved, and helpful bank managers I have ever come across.

Most of the time I use yono for daily use, as I was staying outside Kolkata so I don't go to the branch frequently, Today I have experienced very hassle free journey, employees are very helpful specially thanks to the service manager whithout her help I couldn't complete my multiple work, today.

on 11th jan 2023,at 12.26pm someone named Puja Sharma called me and addresses me she works in SBI sarsuna branch...She told me I have to come sbi branch with pan and adhar card xerox due to some transaction problem...Then asked for my timing...As am I gov servant so I visited sbi yesterday...I asked Junior Manager(a lady) that where I submitted the xeroxs and told her all details,she inform me that girl means Puja Sharma is selling for credit cards only,and come another day when she will be available...Then I can not hold my anger,and called Puja for not telling details and harass me,and told who gave her my number,she just cut my call...I want to report,and waiting a long for manager Saikat Mandal but he was not in his cabin...

Disgusting people's .... Staff's behavior very rude..and lazy But the branch manger is very kind.. But I suggest that you guys do not open account in this branch...
