Very worst bank ms. Manasa employe called me so many time for credit card i said do not have interest she forced me to take credit and he edited my payslip and bank statement and she said me how to talk she took all documents and simple saying it’s rejected very worst and she saying from ameerpet branch please take action on her

Very rude branch manager . He starts yelling for every request. Some members of his staff behave the same . Please learn to be polite to your customers. Regret having any association with this branch of ICICI Bank.

Staff is not customer friendly and indifferent to customer requests. . Bank timings arw mentioned as 9.30 to 3pm..whereas staff says cash transactions are allowed only till 2pm which is not mentioned anywhere in the bank.

Worst experience with the staff there in icici bank, they think they are the monarch. Kotak, hdfc and axis banks are very good in terms of recieving the people and addressing the banking issues.

Irresponsible i must say . No one has a clue about the status of the application when the concerned manager is on leave . I am still waiting on account to get activated since 7 days . Manager doesn't even respond to calls . Very frustrated
