I joined PW in July 2022, leaving my well-paid job for a trainee position with the expectation of being converted to full-time after 3 months, as communicated by the HR during the interview. However, after 3 months, I wasn't promoted by my manager, and I wasn't informed during the interview that I would have to work from another location. This lack of clarity during the interview process was disappointing. Moreover, being laid off during Diwali, a festive time, added to the distress of being told I was no longer needed in the team. It raises questions about the company's culture. Despite consistently delivering good results and performing well, I lost my job, which is disheartening coming from a reputed company.

My Rating is two star because, I am PW VP live batch student, but for some reason I have raised refund ticket at their refund policy criteria date , they have taken details of Bank A/c but didn't send my refund, I have raised ticket on 13th April of 2024 , today means the I am writing review is 31th may . They told it takes 7 to 14 days to get refund, but it's now more than 40 days , Still calling them for refund but they are always saying wait and wait. But one thing there teachers ar too good but there team and services are one of the poorest. *(When I will get refund I will delete this review)*

Dear All , whosoever got impressed with the large quotations that physicswallah promotes humanity ,skills and knowledgeable applicants , get ready to be demolished as the interviewer prefers nopotism .If i get a chance i can confront to the interviewer and the management can judge both , i am 110% confident then i can beat the interviewer. I have a multiple snapshots of Mr. Parikshit (Asst manager , Talent acquisition) how they are dealing with the candidates. Its ridiculous that you are being rejected because you belongs to Bihar and the person is taking an interview is from different state. I genuinely respect Mr Alakh sir he took so many initiatives but does this really work if the hired peoples behaviour is being forced someone to change their perspective for PW. full of nepotism hirings.
