I am extremely disappointed with the customer service, Despite trying to reach them multiple times over the past few hours, my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I expected much better from a company of their reputation. My experience has been frustrating and time-wasting. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. They need to seriously improve their customer service.

I joined online crash course from Sunny Coaching Classes and it was a nice experience ☺️ They really provide a lot of study material along with notes and mock tests. The notes they provided were really helpful in understanding the concepts, and the practice questions helped us test our knowledge. The regular 6-hour classes were intensive but worth it, as they covered a lot of material. Sir and Mam were always there to answer our questions and provide guidance. My experience with sunny coaching classes was amazing. Teachers are really understanding and teach well. I had joined online crash course 2023 for Pau cet test. The notes and practice questions provided were very much helpful . Teachers had provided many short tricks and important questions that directly came in the exam. I had got a good result with all the support from the teachers. I would highly recommend this Institute to everyone 😊
