B class business space. Design is so good. Best facility is there bathroom for each floor. Parking facilities is also nice around the building and four wheeler in basements

Place is average. No amenities inside. Have to wait at least 2-5 minutes for the lift. Inside offices feels like a little suffocated. Looks okay from the outside. You have access to the terrace its a little smoky near the entrance and roof as smoking is allowed. At the entrance it is horrible you can always see someone smoking guards say nothing. Security is weak. People inside doesn't know how to take a piss. They clean the washrooms 3-4 times a day but you will always have to watch out the floor if not you will step on the piss.

Visitor parking is very big issues here. You can find the place very easily as it is very near to madhapur busstop. you have to wait for lift so much of time waste. Very crowd place. Very clean and nice maintenance.

Visitor parking sucks here inside the building and almost packed all the week. Not so good lifts, as you have to wait for long hours to get your turns. I was speaking on Enterprise SEO is Hyderabad at ikeva business center and it's quite decent location to have an office space.
