Physical fitness is one of the most important prerequisites for joining the Air Force. Irrespective of the trade you are applying for, you must fulfill the basic physical standards.<br />

1. 1.6 Km run to be completed within 06 minutes 30 seconds.<br />
2. 10 Pushups, 10 Sit-ups, and 20 Squats to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.<br />
