Why is this not being downloaded I don't understand is there any procedure to download it goes on downloading list get started and as soon the download rate becomes 0kbper s and when the rate again increased than it starts downloading from the starting why is this happening I need notes soon I don't have much time I hope u will help me

this may be because of your internet connection i checked here and also with my workplace system. downloading working fine.
if you have slow internet speed then maybe it will be a reason behind this because of load on server. Please try somewhere you have better internet connection
