The Library has a collection of 95000 inclusive of several valuable reference books, doctoral theses and back volumes of periodicals, patents, 51 Indian Journals, 92 foreign print journals, CD-ROM etc. The Library has started a special Collections Section on the top floor of the building. It includes a collection of theses, patents, art books, census reports, vipassana Rekha and books on library and information science. Central Library subscribes to about 45 online journals and 13 databases and about 15,000 e-journals also available through various consortiums. |

The campus cafe opens from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on all working days including Saturdays. A wide variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes are available. During lunchtime, meals are available at very nominal rates. |
