CGC library is well equipped with over 40, 000 books on varied subjects.It has a memberships of 10 e-journals and has125 web-based courses through NPTEL. It also has 136 video courses prepared by the faculty of IITs and other leading institutions of India that are taught over the internet. The library subscribes to national and international subject journals, national and regional dailies.It can accommodate around 300 students at a time. The library maintains a separate “Book Bank” collection exclusively for the meritorious students. The central library has a collection of 20582 titles and subscribes to 200+ journals, magazines & periodicals. |

Canteen can conveniently accommodate 500 students at a time. The canteen and cafeteria is well equipped with modern furniture and electrical automatic cooking and storing facilities, which provides hot lunch, snacks and beverages both to the students and staff at reasonable rates. The college has two different gymnasiums- for girls and boys that are centrally air conditioned. Instructors and trainers are available throughout the day to train the students. The gymnasium at CGC can accommodate up to 150 to 200 students at a time. The girls gym is within the hostel and shows off the following highlights– treadmills, cross training, cycling, aerobics, strength machines. The boy’s gym boasts of having proper equipments along with – power lifting, weight training, and special training and strength machines. |
