Vivekanandha College of Technology for Women Central Library has computerized all its housekeeping activities using Library software 'AUTOLIB' that is being maintained and updated regularly. The Library has rich collections of books on Engineering, Science & Humanities besides General collection of books. The VCTW Central Library has 15604 volumes with 5161 titles & 1566 Non-book materials. In VCTW Central Library have Periodical collections of 75 National & International Journals with 673 Journals Back volumes, 18 Magazines and Project Reports of 409.

There are totally five canteens across the institution and every canteen is located next to the hostel. To cater to all the students from different parts of India and aboard, South Indian, North Indian and Chinese dishes are offered. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are available in the canteen to suit the diverse tastes of the students. Relishing items such as sweets, savouries, bakery items and desserts are also provided in the canteen.

Institute has excellent accommodation facilities with well furnished double and four occupancy rooms, Sprawling and Artistic layout, Hygienic Kitchen, Spacious Dining Halls, Indoor Courts for Shuttle & Table Tennis. The rooms of the hostel are fully furnished with wooden furnitures along with an attatched washrooms. Solar water heater facilities are provided round the clock for every floor of the hostel. The mess attatched to the hostel is comparable to any of the international hostel, provided with modern equipments like Baine Marie System, Steam Boilers, Cold storage Room, Steam Dish Washers, etc.

The Institute operating a fleet of Buses and vans more than 200 for easy mobility of the students from different parts of the districts which include Namakkal, Erode, Salem, Dharmapuri, Trichy, Karur, Dindigul, and Tirupur Districts.
