HETC boasts of possessing a library stacked with about 20,000 books with 2000 no. of titles, both text and reference which caters to the needs of the students, faculties and other staff. These necessities are complemented by a wide selection of periodicals, magazines & newspapers. Access to current journals and textbooks are available online at the library. A good number of technology journals are provided for the constant update of the students and faculty about the latest developments in the field of science and technology. The library comprises of a reading room with a capacity to accommodate 100 readers.

The girls' hostel is within the college campus while a new hostel building with all amenities is ready to accommodate male students at the second campus near Bandel Railway Station. Both the hostels are well furnished and equipped with generators, full time Wi-Fi and safe drinking water. Students can opt for single occupancy room or can opt for shared room.
