The quality and service of Bikaner is decreasing day by day in this branch of sector 95a, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon Today i found hair in boondi laddu. And one day they were given baasi laddu (old laddu)..Then I went back again and got it changed. But the same thing happens all the time.

Very bad experience.... Not getting token no. To collect food. No house keeping. All the used plates lie their only. No system. Not suggested to have dinning their. Make orders then go again and again to take it. U can't even eat patiently.

Boring taste of raj kachori. More dahi than taste. And too many potatoes and after half kachori no masala flavours were coming, dosa was okok. Non sense things was fire alarm was ringing for more than 20 mins and noone bothered to close it even with customers sitting in, service level pathetic on the day I visited .

Taste is good, but they mix up orders. They can't sequence the orders well, anybody will pick up anyone's order. It took them 24 minutes to deliver veg noodles and that too was not satisfactory.

Food was decent. I had breakfast here, it seemed they mixed last night's leftover chana in 'Aalo Puri'. Seriously, who mixes chana in aalo puri? Besides that, everything else was ok.
